3. Orders & Payment

  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation, except in the case of COD.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the product is:
    • Unused
    • In original condition and packaging
    • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at deviskitchenware@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked as "non-returnable" are not eligible for return/refund.
